The latest I can find seems to be the 2009 info I copied below. I would appreciate it if someone knows if there is an alternate site. There are many new and serious issues arising here in the northeast and up-to-date information is becoming critical for all marine species.
You assistance will be appreciated. Thanks

Current NOAA Right whale Sighting Information Notice This is to inform you that the Right Whale Sighting Advisory System (SAS) is experiencing some downtime while we work through the process of streamlining and transitioning management of the system. Our goal is to incorporate the new ship strike reduction regulations as well as the Dynamic Management Area (DMA) program into the SAS alerts, and hopefully provide more relevant and useful information to you. We appreciate your patience while we work out the details of the new system. In the meantime, please be aware that right whales continue to be sighted in northeast waters, even though alerts may not be arriving daily at your desktop. Please consult www.nmfs.noaa.gov/pr/shipstrike for information about active DMA zones where large, persistent aggregations of right whales create high-risk zones for ship strike incidents.
