PROVINCETOWN — Marine biologists have spotted a record 60 North Atlantic right whales feeding in Cape Cod Bay this spring.

Officials with the Provincetown Center for Coastal Studies tell the Cape Cod Times that that is six times the number of endangered whales spotted at this time last year.
