A big finback, gannets in the sky.

Joyce Morrell continues to track activities off Head Harbour Light on Campobello. Through her Flicker account, she is recording and reporting large numbers of whales, porpoise, and gannets including some huge finback whales.

This information is vital to informing government, industry, and folks in general about the ecological importance of the Bay of Fundy and Head Harbour Passage.

You don't have to be a scientist to contribute. Get in touch if you would like to report your sightings (fundytides@gmail.com). We'll tell you how to do it through www.flickr.com or Picasa.
